No tiers, no per-seat prices, no automatic renewal. Try it first, pay when it is worth it.
Kima license
per Kita and year, incl. VAT
Introductory price for the first 50 licenses; regular price €349.

For businesses only: we sell licenses to entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB) and public bodies, not to consumers.
How buying works
- Use Kima free for 60 days.
- Buy a license key for your Kita on our license server; you pay online and get the key by e-mail.
- Enter the key in Kima, on the Kita page under "License". Done, for a year.
Add-on: sync between devices, +€99 per year
Plan on the office PC, check on the phone: the add-on keeps your Kita's devices in step, end-to-end encrypted, so our server only stores data it cannot read. Book it with the license or the renewal, or later for the rest of the license year at a prorated price. Not part of the free trial. With the add-on you conclude our data processing agreement.
For sponsoring bodies with several Kitas
Each Kita needs its own key. If you run several centres, write to us; we are happy to make an offer and can issue the keys together.
Questions about the license
- What happens after the free trial?
- Your data stays on your device. To keep planning you enter a license key; nothing is deleted.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Kima has no accounts. The license key is all the app needs, and it is tied to the Kita, not to a person or a device.
- On how many devices can I use Kima?
- On as many as you like within your Kita. Each device keeps its own data; use the backup file to move data between them, or book the sync add-on to keep them in step.
- Does the license renew automatically?
- No. Before the year ends you get a reminder and can buy a new key. If you do not, the app stops planning but keeps your data.
- Is VAT included?
- Yes, all prices include the German VAT. You receive an invoice for your records.
- Which payment methods are accepted?
- Online payment through our payment provider; the available methods are shown at checkout. Invoice customers please get in touch.
